The location was marvellous, close to the taxi rank and a shopping area in the medina. Terrasse Cafe Tanneries nearby was convenient for grabbing a bite to eat. - the room had a comfy bed, a laptop, an ironing set, and a couch bed. - the breakfast offered a variety of appetising meals.

The hotel was exceptional, with favourable location very near a shopping area in the medina. Location: the property was really close to market and the centre of the Medina. The lunch in Kech Food right at the hotel had every choice imaginable. The room was spotless and spacious with a shower, a hairdryer, and robes in the private bathroom...

The rooftop pool is the perfect retreat after a hot day exploring the Medina. the staff is welcoming and attentive. the breakfast is delicious with plenty of choices. the cooking class is a fun activity and the open wine bottles on the rooftop are a great concept. the riad provides a peaceful shelter from the bustling city.

The rooms at Riad103 Pool Rooftop & Hammam are amazing! They have free toiletries and a laptop, which is super handy. As a light sleeper, the air conditioning and soundproofing really helped me get a good night's sleep. The TV and CD player provided entertainment options. The private bathroom with a shower and bathrobes made me feel like royalty. Plus, having a hairdryer and minibar in the room was a great convenience.

Personally, I found the seating area in some rooms to be a bit uncomfortable. But hey, that's just my opinion!

Conveniently situated near a bunch of restaurants and bars which was super handy. the staff were really on top of things and super nice and approachable if you needed help or had any questions. 😊

Hidden gem in a great location. Decor and views are stunning. The owner went above and beyond in every way, from printing boarding passes to returning lost items. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was fantastic, and the rooftop terrace with a pool was a highlight. A truly exceptional experience!

The staff at this hotel was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations and even arranging transportation for us. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which was a wonderful surprise. the rooms were clean and nicely decorated, providing good value for the price. the location was also a major plus, being in the center of the city and close to the main attractions.

There were some construction works happening nearby, which caused a bit of noise in the morning. However, we hope that it was just temporary and will be resolved soon.

I recently stayed at a fantastic hotel called 103Riad Pool Rooftop & Hammam in Marrakesh for a few days. The location was absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of the Medina with everything you could possibly need within walking distance. The owner, Ismael, and his team were exceptional in their service, making me feel welcome and ensuring that my every need was taken care of. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities one could ask for, including a hot tub and pool on the terrace. The breakfast provided by Samira and Amin was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to assist me throughout my stay, even printing my boarding tickets and offering to take me to local sights. I highly recommend this riad for its exceptional service, beautiful design, and friendly staff. I'll definitely be back!
